Congratulations on your wedding engagement! We would love to be part of your wedding day!
Thank you for looking at Thamesville United Church for your wedding ceremony. If you are not currently connected to Thamesville United Church, you are invited to first attend Sunday worship services. Then, couples intending to become active participants in our congregation may talk with the office about future plans. Couples must be eligible for a marriage license in the Province of Ontario.
If you identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, or queer, and your current faith community refuses to perform weddings because of your gender or sexual identity, please discuss this with the Minister when the time comes. We are open to supporting your faith-based wedding service.

Planning
We are happy to sit and discuss your plans with you. Fill out this form to help us prepare for a meeting with you.
We can provide programs if you wish, at a cost of $30 per each 50 copies. You are welcome to provide the cover photo.
We require that your unsigned marriage license must be at the church office 7 days prior to the wedding.

Music
We have a piano available for the pianist of your choosing.
The church is equipped with hookups for musical instruments and amplification and has a quality sound system.

Tech
We will provide a technician to work any equipment you require.
Our sanctuary is designed to accommodate many activities including theatre and has excellent vantage points for services to be recorded.


We ask that no confetti, rice, birdseed or similar items be used anywhere in or outside the church.
