Thank you for your interest in using our Facility. We have a beautiful Sanctuary, a well-equipped Kitchen, Fellowship Hall for larger groups and a smaller Gathering Space for more intimate meetings. See our Facility page for photos.

Bookings:
All bookings for church facilities must be made through the TUC office.
For outside groups, a Facility Use form must be filled out at the office providing all pertinent information.
Donations are payable 7 days prior to the event.
Paid donations, together with a copy of the agreement, will be given to the Treasurer for deposit.
Senior’s Banquets – Cost of the meal is negotiated with UCW plus cost of technician if required.

Tech:
All events requiring sound or video must use TUC equipment and technician.
The technician fee is $40 per hour.

Cleaning and Set up:
All renters are responsible for clean-up and leaving the premises as they found it.  Otherwise, a custodial fee of $60 will apply.
Setting up and taking down tables and chairs is negotiable.

Appliances:
Dishwasher – must follow posted guidelines and checklist; training may be required.
Heating/Cooling – temperatures are set according to weather conditions and can be discussed at time of rental.

Fees:
Sanctuary –  $130
Kitchen – $50 up to 3 hours; $10 for each additional hour
Gathering Space – $55 up to 3 hours; $100 up to 6 hours
Gathering Space and Kitchen – $75 up to 3 hours; $130 up to 6 hours
Fellowship Hall – $55 up to 3 hours; $100 up to 6 hours
Fellowship Hall and Kitchen – $100 up to 3 hours; $160 up to 6 hours
An additional $20 per hour will be charged after 6 hours


SCHOOL USE:
No outside sound equipment is permitted except for a laptop computer which will be hooked up by the TUC technician.
No confetti or sparkles are permitted anywhere in or outside the church.

Fees:
No cost to schools.
